Kui kook ei ole küps (Täiendavat küpsetusaega saab lisada kaks korda. Pikendage aega taimerinuppu vastavalt vajadusele vajutades. ) Korrake toiminguid 1–3. Moosi keetmine Vt lk EE37 moosiretsepte. Eesti Tühistamiseks/ seiskamiseks pärast käivitamist (Hoidke vajutatuna üle 1 s. ) 1 Ettevalmistused 3 4 Valmistage koostisained ette vastavalt retseptile. Pange koostisained leivapanni järgmises järjekorras: pooled puuviljad → pool suhkrukogust → ülejäänud puuviljad → ülejäänud suhkur. (Taimerinupp seab ainult kuumutusaja. ) Korralikult tardunud moosi saamiseks on vaja suhkrut, hapet ja pektiini sobivas koguses. Suure pektiinisisaldusega puuviljadest valmistatud moos tardub kergesti. Väiksema pektiinisisaldusega puuviljadest moos ei tardu hästi. Üleküpsenud või tooretest puuviljadest moos ei tardu hästi. Muidu võib moos üle keeda või kõrbema minna. Ärge suurendage suhkrukogust rohkem kui poole puuviljade koguseni. Muidu võib moos üle keeda või kõrbema minna. * Happeliste puuviljade kasutamisel saab vähendada sidrunimahla kogust, ent kui seda liiga palju vähendate, siis ei tardu moos piisavalt. Lühikese kuumutusaja puhul võib moosi sisse jääda puuviljatükke ning moos võib olla vesine. Tõstke valmis moos võimalikult kiiresti ümber säilitusnõusse. Olge moosi välja võttes põletusohu tõttu ettevaatlik. Väiksema suhkrusisalduse tõttu ei ole moosi säilitusaeg sama pikk nagu poemoosidel. [. . . ] (Hoidke pidet nii, et see ei jää pätsile ette. ) Puuviljakogus oli liiga väike või suhkrukogus liiga suur. Jätke leivapann likku, kuni selle pindadele kõrbenud segu või segamislaba vabaneb. Kasutage puuvilju ja suhkrut ainult retseptides täpsustatud kogustes (lk EE37). Pätsis on suured augud. Briošš ei tulnud hästi välja saiasegu kasutamisel. Päts ei tule pannist välja. Moos kõrbeb või segamislaba jääb kinni ega tule ära. Moos on üle keenud. Moos on liiga vedel ega ole piisavalt tardunud. Kas külmutatud puuvilju saab kasutada? [. . . ]
